**Job Description (JD)**:
Position: Administrative Executive/ Office Administrator

Location: Chennai, choolaimedu.

Type: Full-time

Experience -0-3 years

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to executives and departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments, external vendors, and clients, facilitating communication and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- **Calendar and Task Management**:

- Manage calendars and schedules for executives, coordinating meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and effective time management for executives and teams.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between management and staff, conveying important announcements, updates, and directives.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives and departments.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, such as meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Arrange logistics, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, and accommodations, to ensure successful and memorable events.

**Performance Management System (PMS) Metrics**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
