**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**

Location: Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Process orders and provide order status updates to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services offered.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Investigate and escalate customer complaints as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong phone and typing skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves:

- Past customer support experience.
- Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
