Visa2fly is looking for a Customer Support Executive, who will be responsible for providing end -to-end support to customers/ potential customers who have inquiries, issues, or complaints throughout the visa booking journey. The role requires strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the company's day-to-day operations.

**Customer Support Executive (On-Site)**

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1+ Years

Working Hours: 9 hrs

Working Days: 6 (Mon-Sat)

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the visa booking journey.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Sales team to obtain visa appointments and expedite visa processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
- Providing feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1+ year in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on their feet and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
