**Job Summary**:
We are expanding our **High-Performing B2B Electronics Sales Team** and are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented **Sales Executives** with 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically with **electronics, electrical components, or engineering products**.
**Number of Positions**: 02 Required.
**Experience**: 2 to 3 years in **Sales / Technical Sales / Sales Engineering**, preferably in: Electronics/Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication.
**Educational Qualification**: Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech -Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication.
**CTC & Salary Range**: Rs. 4,23,227/- to Rs. 5,46,112/- per annum; (In-Hand: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month) + PF & Health Insurance Benefits.
**Performance-based Incentives**: Up to ₹3,90,000 per annum.
**Notice Period**:
- Immediate Joiner.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Strong **English communication skills** - verbal & written
- Strong **technical understanding** of electronics/electrical components
- Strong **convincing and negotiation abilities**:
- Proven ability to **build and maintain client relationships**:
- Self-motivated with an ability to **meet and exceed sales targets**
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve assigned **monthly sales targets.**:
- Identify and develop **new B2B clients**, while ensuring **retention of existing customers**:
- Maintain average margins and manage customer expectations effectively
- **Understand client needs** and provide consultative solutions on relevant products/services
- Recommend suitable **electronic/electrical products, components, or equipment**:
- **Negotiate terms and close deals** efficiently
- Maintain and update accurate **customer records and sales documentation**:
- Any other responsibilities that job may require time to time.
