Actively hiring for the below profile:
- Designation: Accounting Specialist (US)
Location: Bestech Towers, Sec 66 Mohali (Onsite)
Exp: 6 months-2 years
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(Nightshift)
Position: 02

Accounting Specialist duties and responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy under the guidance of Accounting Manager.
- Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets.
- Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting.
- Perform the company’s financial audits.
- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data.
- Preparing monthly bank Reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Responsible for maintaining smooth cash flow, Co-ordinate with clients for payment of outstanding invoices.
- Create financial reports based on data analysis.
- Managed financial departments with responsibility for Budgets, Forecasting, Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Accounting Specialist skills and qualifications
- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of Quick books, book keeping and Reconciliation.
- Experience in working with accounting software and databases.
- Superior data management and data analysis skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
