We are looking for a Trainee US Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team, with a focus on sourcing, recruiting, and placing core medical professionals.

Job Summary:

The US Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting Non-IT professionals. Knowledge of the US Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for NON-IT roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure they meet job requirements and client expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards to ensure candidates meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with HR teams, hiring managers, and administrators to meet recruitment goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with NON-IT-related certifications, licensing, and credentialing processes.
  • Experience recruiting for Non-IT profiles
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
