Designation: Senior US Recruiter

Location: Bestech Towers, Sec 66 Mohali (Onsite)

Exp: 1-4 years

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(Nightshift)

Position: 03

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients/State clients/Federal clients and Implementation partners.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Should have Working experience with job sites Dice, Monster, Career builder, Job diva etc.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Should have good understanding of US geography.
- Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
- Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
- Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.

What we are looking for:

- 1-4 years of a proven track record in Healthcare/ Non-IT Staffing Agency in US market.
- Strong communicator.
- Good understanding of Healthcare/Non-IT terminology and US staffing industry.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp Corp).
- The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with one year of relevant experience.
- Should have strong personal and professional ethics.

**Salary**: ₹20,713.15 - ₹40,586.57 per month
