Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in Oil & Gas industry or Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of professionals across various domains such as operations, engineering, field services, safety, supply chain, and other non-IT disciplines. This role requires a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas sector and a proven ability to source, screen, and place top talent in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct phone screens, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interview logistics
  • Negotiate compensation packages in line with company policies and market rates
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of talent for recurring roles in field operations, safety, engineering, HSE, logistics, and more
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and company policies
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate records and recruitment workflows

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on non-IT roles in Oil & Gas
  • Familiarity with industry job titles, certifications (e.g., TWIC, OSHA, HAZWOPER), and workforce demands
  • Experience working with U.S. labor regulations and visa requirements (if applicable)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Experience with ATS tools such as Ceipal
