Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including BPO/KPO hiring, IT & Non-IT roles, and bulk hiring. The candidate should be proficient in sourcing, screening, conducting initial HR rounds, and coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

Handle recruitment for BPO/KPO, IT & Non-IT, and bulk hiring requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.

Conduct initial HR discussions and support salary negotiations.

Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding for selected candidates.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across BPO/KPO, IT & Non-IT, and bulk recruitment.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
