Immediate Requirement: Recruiter – Mohali

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in BPO/KPO hiring, telecaller hiring, and bulk recruitment. The candidate must be skilled in sourcing, screening, conducting initial HR rounds, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
  • Manage recruitment for BPO/KPO, telecallers, and bulk hiring requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain, update, and manage candidate databases effectively.
  • Conduct initial HR discussions, assess candidate fitment, and assist with salary negotiations.
  • Ensure seamless pre-boarding and onboarding for selected candidates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple hiring requirements across BPO/KPO, telecaller, and bulk recruitment domains.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle HR documentation.
