**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for **non-IT positions** across the US.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate skill sets, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Work closely with the US team to understand job requirements, industry trends, and hiring priorities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in **US staffing**, specifically recruiting for **Oil & Gas and/or Manufacturing clients**.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment life cycle and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a **night shift / US time zone** is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

**Shift Timing**:
Night Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US CST)
