Job Responsibility:

- Negotiate Rates with airlines for customers to provide competitive rates to execute the shipments.
- To resolve customer issues and support them with the best services promptly.
- Makes self fully available and takes actions beyond normal expectations.
- Efficient execution.
- Regular client interaction & supporting sales team in securing business.
- To ensure that the maximum shipments are confirmed on our preferred airlines as per target sheet.
- To ensure that Multiple Airlines options have been given to the customer out of which our preferred airlines must be there in the quote.
- To identify the reasons for Shipment Lost & ascertain the way the same can be materialised, timely information of the Same to Airlines / Customers as the case may be.
