Job Profile - Facility Executive/ Assistant
- Assisting site facility team in performing day to day operations.
- Attending customers calls and assigning the task to concern facility team for early closure.
- Coordinating and Providing logistic and admin support to facility staff.
- Inspection and review of apartment for snagging and de-snagging.
- Ensure regular cleanliness and hygiene status of premises.
- Rendering immediate due support to residing customers.
- Keep a close watch on fit out activity by customers.
- Ensure premises is safe from any fire hazard material all the time.
- Patrolling in common area and ensure facility staff deployed are doing their duty attentively.
- Assisting in preparation of apartment for possession to customers.

Location: Adhiraj Capital City, Off NH4, Near Sector 34 Metro, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
