- Managing the day-to-day operations of a building or complex, including cleaning, waste disposal, building maintenance, and security.
- Resource has to assist with minor repairs, organize room relocations, conduct safety checks, and liaise with contractors.
- Attending customers calls and assigning the task to concern facility team for early closure.
- Keep a close watch on fit out activity by customers.
- Ensure premises is safe from any fire hazard material all the time.
- **Experience & Skills**:_
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
- Willingness to work extra Hours.
- Prior Experience in Facility Management, Maintenance roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
