**Job Description:

- **
- Manage the maintenance, development, performance, and delivery of the facilities of the school/college to produce an efficient service and delivery solution.
- Prepare reports on school facilities and the status of the same.
- Manage, direct and monitor facilities activities and the overall performance of every school unit to increase efficiency and maximize performance.
- Effective liaison, support, and assistance with the whole of the school.
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of facilities, including surveying and measuring the process, outcomes.
- Responsible for school unit-level procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory management.
- Local manager for transportation, food services, facilities maintenance, security, and other third-party service contracts, ensuring ongoing monitoring and implementation of contracts.
- Coordinate technology implementation (planning, procurement, and training) and monitoring the maintenance of the same.
- Manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers.
- Interact and cooperate with all members of the school, its suppliers, and customers. Support to all other departments with facilities related needs
- Procurement, Maintenance, and operations of safety-related equipment like CCTV, Fire Hydrant System, Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler System, Fire Extinguishers, etc.
- Responsible for entire upkeeping and housekeeping of the units
- Overall supervision, monitoring of safety and security of all the units, and control over the security personnel
- Asset management of the units
- Repair and Maintenance of all the units
- Processing of vendor bills, Utility bills and keep a track of them
- AMC for paste control of all the units
- Responsible for all the facility and Admin related activities
- Extended construction requirements
- Purchase and Contract management
- Landscape Management
- Gardening Management
- Sports facilities maintenance
- Power systems
- Water facility and STP management

**Skills Required**:

- Vendor Development
- Contract Management
- Excellent Management Skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Education:

- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed university.

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience

Excellent communications Skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
