Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive workspace.

Fees Follow-up and System Entries

Student and Faculty Support:
Assist students and faculty with administrative inquiries and support services.

Coordinate scheduling Timetable for Lectures, appointments, and communication between students, faculty, and administrative staff.

Muster Entry of all the Faculty on Timely Basis

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student databases, attendance records, and other administrative documentation.

Generate reports and summaries as required by management.

Communication:
Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including students, parerts, faculty, and administrative staff.

Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of events such as workshops, seminars, and meetings.

Coordinate logistics, handle registrations, and provide on-site support during everts.

Conducting Parents Teachers Meet.

Financial Administration:
Assist in financial tasks, including processing invoices, handling petty cash, and supporting budget tracking.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.

Technology Support:
Provide basic technical support for office equipment and assist in troubleshooting common technology issues.

Collaborate with the IT department for more complex technical concerns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
