**Job Title**:Talent Acquisition Executive**

As a IT Recruiter ( Talent Acquisition) you will be responsible for recruitment drive that is totally IT recruitment for different clients situated in Sweden, Finland, etc.

**Job description**:
**Collaboration**:Work closely with BD managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

**Continuous improvement**:Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continually improve the recruitment process and outcomes

Confidence to take responsibility, honesty and openness as a member of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balongi, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
