Location**:Mohali**

Shift**:Rotational Shift's**

Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced, full

life cycle recruitment team; supporting field support and proposal recruitment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Coordinate with vendor’s to ensure the smooth transition
- selection process
- Promote company's reputation as “best place to work”

**Skills Required**:

- Hands on experience with vendor onboarding’s and vendor management/coordination
- Proven work experience in International engineers recruitment (either an in-house
- recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing,
- reference check etc.)
- Excellent communication skills - written & oral.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Time management& multitasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,068.06 - ₹31,000.00 per month

- Shift allowance
