**Job Summary**:
For MICE Sales (Outbound & domestic) for Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

**Role & Responsibilities:

- Should have good knowledge about destinations (Domestic & International).
- Should able to understand client’s requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Should be able to do draft of travel itineraries based on client’s requirements.
- Should be able to handle overall operations across all the stages - pre, during and post the group execution.
- Should be able to coordinate with all the Corporate Houses / clients on a regular basis.
- Should be able to handle the contracting and negotiations with the hotels, DMC’s and other operational vendors.
- Should be able to escort the group and managing the same on site.
- Should be managing operations pertaining to hotel bookings, ticketing for international segment.
- Needs to keep a mandate, follow up on the reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details.
- Should be a team player and have the ability to collaborate along with qualitative deliverance.
- Should be able to adhere with the processes & work ethics.

- Excellent communication abilities, strong negotiation skills, persuasion and perseverance.
- Ability to multi-task.
- MICE understanding and knowledge of international destination.
- Understanding of Airline functioning for MICE is a must.
- Should be a firm team player.
