**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, target, and convert MICE business leads through corporate outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close MICE-related deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (event operations, F&B, logistics) to ensure successful planning and delivery of events.
- Track market trends, competition, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE sales** (corporate events, conferences, or group travel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR’s corporate and travel market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
