Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing corporate relationships to source and manage MICE business opportunities.
  • Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with new corporate clients to expand the MICE portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and event management teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close profitable business deals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent customer service during the entire engagement cycle.
  • Generate and share regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, market insights, and competitor movements with management.
