We are seeking a Sales Manager – MICE to lead strategy, execution, client success, and growth of a pan-India MICE vertical. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance.What You’ll Do:Business & Strategy- Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goals - Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews - Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clientsSales & Client Engagement- Own and expand key client relationships; drive new client acquisition across geographies - Provide support to sales teams across locations to ensure MICE revenue goals are met - Work closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retentionEvent Leadership- Oversee the execution of end-to-end MICE events—budgeting, planning, execution & post-event review - Manage centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiency - Ensure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-timeMarket Insight & Collaboration- Analyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shifts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignmentWhat We’re Looking For:- Experience: 10–15 years in MICE, with 5+ years in a leadership role - Industry Background: Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firm - Education: Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism; MBA preferred - Skills: - Strategic & Financial Acumen - Destination Knowledge & Global Market Insight - Executive-level Client Engagement - Strong Negotiation, Communication & Contracting Skills - Passion for Events, Travel, and Operational ExcellenceWhy This Role?- Lead a nationally recognized MICE business function - Work with top-tier clients and high-impact events - Own growth, delivery, and team leadership - Enjoy autonomy with strong cross-functional collaborationApply NowLocation: MumbaiSend your CV to: [talent@jobsfortravel.com]Or DM for more information.
