**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving set sales targets. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meet Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, staying updated on industry trends.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches to clients.
- **Negotiations**: Conduct negotiations to close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress and identifying potential areas for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Gather feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **After-Sales Support**: Ensure smooth after-sales service and follow-up with clients for any support required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹9,393.40 - ₹35,465.52 per month
