Key Responsibilities:

- Enable the best possible hiring decisions by designing the competence assessment process, equipping hiring managers with Team-fit interviews, aligning expectations, and advising hiring managers in hiring decision-making.
- Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning, and quarterly & monthly reviews.
- Proactively communicate, collaborate, and serve as a business partner by adding value to the business through insights, expertise, and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in the role of Talent Acquisition Partner (Stores), you should have broad human resources knowledge and recruitment experience that ensure we hire the right colleagues with the needed profiles. You should have talent market insight and are data-driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. In addition, you have the below:

- Formal education within human resources, business administration or organizational psychology is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience working in recruitment will be preferred for the role, either as a TA Coordinator, Talent Sourcer, Jr. Recruiter or equivalent, or strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition (sourcing and assessment) strategy
- Prior experience of Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing (internal and external) is preferred
- Data savviness; KPIs/Goal Setting.
- Effective collaborator with stellar communication skills, strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills

**Additional Information**
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Talent Manager for India.

This position is based at the Support Office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires existing permit to work in India.
