**Operations Intern ( Marketing )**

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as Operation Management Intern ( Marketing ). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent Client service while also supporting project management activities. You will serve as a point of contact for Clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Optimize Customer Lifecycle & Manage Client Success Activities.

4. Hand-holding the users (particularly the administrator) and assisting them in effective usage of the platform and act as their go-to person for doubts on the service.

5. Gathering Client data required to support implementations on website and SEO ,SEM activities like Keyword search, Back links ,Plans to run website continuously.

6. Acting as the bridge between the SEO Manager and Clients and Management team and prepare weekly ,Monthly Reports for Clients.

7. Reporting issues faced by the Clients to the SEO Manager and get resolve that issues from them.

8. Managing Clients expectations around delivery times for service fixes and enhancements. Managing Client expectation and explain n them how much can complete there expectations technically.
- **Operations Management**:_

1. Support SEO Manager in developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met.

3. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

4. Maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, risk registers, and change requests, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

5. Having knowledge of SEO ,SEM ,Google Ads ,Digital Marketing ,Key word Search Digital Marketing related tools.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or Graduation and Digital Marketing Course.

2. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with Clients and stakeholders.

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

**Experience**: Fresher Must have Digital Marketing Course
