Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving operational management systems, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and customer service excellence. The role includes managing budgets, forecasts, reports, KPIs, and liaising with internal teams to optimize workflows and processes. The Operations Manager will also implement and oversee compliance with operational policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment.
