**Key Responsibilities**:
**Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in developing and executing risk-based internal audit plans.
- Conduct process audits, compliance audits, and operational reviews to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

**Risk Management and Internal Controls**:

- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.
- Identify areas of financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

**Financial and Operational Analysis**:

- Perform analytical reviews of financial data to detect anomalies or fraud risks.
- Evaluate operational processes for efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Support in reviewing budgets and financial forecasts for accuracy and reliability.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to address audit findings.
- Provide guidance on improving compliance and internal controls.
- Act as a liaison during external audits and regulatory inspections.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry practices.
- Contribute to the development of fraud detection mechanisms and risk assessment frameworks.
- Support automation and digitization of audit processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Background**:

- **Qualified CA**: Chartered Accountant certification (ICAI or equivalent).
- **Semi-Qualified CA**: Completion of CA Intermediate or Final level (with relevant work experience).

**Experience**:

- **Qualified CA**: 0-5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, financial analysis, or compliance.
- **Semi-Qualified CA**: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in auditing, accounting, or finance.

**Budget**

**Qualified CA: 7 lpa to 9 lpa**

**Semi-Qualified CA: 3.5 lpa to 4.2 lpa**

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
