Jr. Accountant

Job Title: Jr Accounts Executive

Location: Dombivali

Experience Required: 1 – 1.5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
• Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Generate MIS reports as required by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1 – 1.5 years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/ SAP / any accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
