Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Management, including data gathering on daily basis, analysis, and ensuring accuracy.
- Responsible for creating SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) for various Trackers via excel and other softwares, Implementing them with efficiency, Reviewing the records maintained by the factory personnels and doing regular follow ups on the same.
- Making SOPs for system to establish for - efficient and systematic production.
- Representing / Analysing daily basis MIS to management.
- To improve zero accident, break down effect.
- Conduction of time & motion study for minimum handling for man, machine & material
- Preparing Daily/ Weekly / Monthly production plan.
- Co-coordinating with all department such as purchase, store & development regarding production.
- Conduct analysis of production Target v/s Actual.
- Ensuring production of the same on day-to-day basis by following operating procedures.
- Monthly, weekly and daily meeting with management to plan production and assist the team in achieving daily goals.
- Performance Indicator: Workforce planning, training coordination, POKA-YOKA, 4- M Change
- Performance Indicator: Workforce planning, ERP, Accident investigation, Troubleshooting, Data analysis.
- Control of scrap in the production process.
- Presenting summary reports to the management at the end of the month and propose effective solutions for different situations and tasks while considering the best interests of the executive and the organisation.
- Responsible for negotiating with multiple vendors and analysing different quotation sheets from cost effective purpose for the local purchase of the required materials.
- Would be required to engage in other Miscellaneous activities as per managements instructions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
