We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our Rubber Mixing Department to ensure efficient production processes and maintain our quality standards.

**Position Overview**:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the rubber mixing operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves managing a team of operators, coordinating with other departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the rubber mixing department, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain production quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare production reports and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate with procurement for raw material requirements and inventory levels.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for any production-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in rubber processing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of rubber mixing processes and materials.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office.
