**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers and operators.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks, and provide training to new and existing team members.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to support seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Support inventory control processes and materials planning.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and solve problems under pressure.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights may be required.
- Shift work, overtime, or weekend hours may be necessary based on production demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
