An assembly supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly line workers and processes to ensure that the manufacturing of components or vehicles are completed accurately and on time:

- **Managing the assembly line**: Assigning personnel to tasks, monitoring processes, and ensuring that employees perform them correctly
- **Ensuring quality**: Setting quality control standards and overseeing production processes to ensure adherence to these standards
- **Maintaining equipment**: Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process
- **Ensuring safety**: Ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- **Training new staff**: Providing training and support to assembly line workers
- **Planning and organizing**: Planning and organizing production schedules and workforce allocation to meet production targets
- **Communicating**: Liaising and coordinating with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation
- **Performance management**: Performance managing team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance

Job Location= Khushkhera, Rajasthan

Timing= 7 to 7

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
