Job Title Packing Supervisor Location RIICO Industrial Area Bhiwadi Department Operations Logistics Warehouse Reports To HR Manager Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations The successful candidate will be responsible for managing packing staff ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards meeting production deadlines and improving packing processes for efficiency and accuracy Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in packing products Ensure all packing operations comply with company policies industry regulations and safety standards Monitor and maintain quality control standards inspecting packed items for accuracy and presentation Train evaluate and provide guidance to packing staff Develop and implement productivity goals ensuring timely order fulfillment Maintain inventory of packing materials and coordinate restocking as needed Collaborate with production warehouse and logistics teams to streamline workflow Report any equipment malfunctions delays or issues to management promptly Keep accurate records of labor production output and incidents Enforce cleanliness and organization in the packing area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Associate or Bachelor s degree in logistics or a related field is a plus Proven experience in a supervisory role within a packing warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and team management abilities Working Conditions Physically demanding environment with standing lifting and repetitive motion May require overtime evening or weekend shifts during peak periods Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 16 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Evening shift Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
