Role & responsibilities

  • Managing the production Actual v/s Plan at SFG- Cutting/ Splitting, Assembly, Stitching & Packing.
  • Manage the Production process in terms of input & output.
  • Monitoring of the objectives assign by the top management with respect to targets.
  • Ensuring the Raw Material availability at store as per plan.
  • Monitoring the production efficiancy of machines and empliment effective prosses to improve it.
  • Monitoring and Distributing the Monthly plan accordingly.
  • Distributing the SFG M/C according to productivity of Article.
  • Ensure Review of work of subordinates.
  • Follow up Raw Matarial status for received order plan.
  • Ensure the production out put as per plan order.
  • For achieving plan shift schedule.
  • Effective man power handling.
  • Monitoring production sheet updation and Monitoring machine maintenance record sheet updation.
  • Produce quality products and Record of production card & machine card.
  • Preparation of OT & Incentive with production figure for each station.
  • FG material to be kept in specified area only.
  • Production punch in SAP. Ensure job order monthly in SAP. Ensure PR & service entry sheet in SAP. Ensure the BOM as per actual consumption of RM. Ensure Inventry of the SFG Slippers as per SAP record. All type of training to Supervisor & worker

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be Graduate(B.Tech).
  • Should have minimum 9 years of experiance in Production.
  • Can join Asap
  • Should be from Footwear Industry.
