**Job Description**:
We are a leading manufacturer of Enamelled Copper Wires & Strips, looking to hire an experienced and dedicated **Production In-charge** for our **Winding Wire Unit** based in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end production of Enamelled Copper Wires & Strips
- Plan, schedule and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch departments
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and workforce efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot issues on shop floor and ensure mínimal downtime
- Maintain daily production records and generate reports for management

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a similar role within the Enamelled Wire/Winding Wire manufacturing sector
- Strong technical knowledge of **winding, enamelling, annealing and quality parameters**:

- Proven leadership in managing a team of operators and technicians
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and production planning
- Good communication and reporting skills

**Salary**: Competitive and based on experience Location: On-site - Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
