Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee the packing operations in our warehouse/production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of packing staff to ensure that products are packed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure proper packing of products as per specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on packing performance and any incidents.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize packing efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and promote a productive and safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
