**Job Title: Packing Supervisor**

**Location**: RIICO Industrial Area Bhiwadi
**Department**: Operations / Logistics / Warehouse
**Reports To**: HR Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in packing products.
- Ensure all packing operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, inspecting packed items for accuracy and presentation.
- Train, evaluate, and provide guidance to packing staff.
- Develop and implement productivity goals, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory of packing materials and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, delays, or issues to management promptly.
- Keep accurate records of labor, production output, and incidents.
- Enforce cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a packing, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities..
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physically demanding environment with standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.
- May require overtime, evening, or weekend shifts during peak periods.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
