Assembly Supervisor

An assembly supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly line workers and processes to ensure that the manufacturing of components or vehicles are completed accurately and on time:

• Managing the assembly line: Assigning personnel to tasks, monitoring processes, and ensuring that employees perform them correctly
• Ensuring quality: Setting quality control standards and overseeing production processes to ensure adherence to these standards
• Maintaining equipment: Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process
• Ensuring safety: Ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Training new staff: Providing training and support to assembly line workers
• Planning and organizing: Planning and organizing production schedules and workforce allocation to meet production targets
• Communicating: Liaising and coordinating with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation
• Performance management: Performance managing team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance

Job Location= Khushkhera, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
