**Job Purpose**

To provide administrative and operational support for the care business while maintaining excellent communication with carers, clients, and healthcare professionals. **Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is the most important requirement for this role.**A **nursing certification, diploma, or degree** is required to ensure understanding of healthcare-related tasks and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Communication & Coordination (Top Priority)**
- Communicate effectively in **fluent English** with carers, (NoK), customers, District Nurses (DN), GPs, and pharmacies.
- Provide accurate updates, guidance, and support to team members and stakeholders.

**Administrative & Operational Tasks**
- Prepare and manage **rosters** for carers and staff.
- Conduct **visit notes and log note auditing** to ensure compliance.
- Manage **invoicing and wages processing**.
- Track and follow up on **T debtors**.
- Support **recruitment activities** including coordination and follow-up.
- Schedule and track **spot checks, supervisions, and reviews**.
- Participate in **bidding and huddle meetings**.
- Make **OT referrals** as required.
- Allocate **CSA courses** and ensure completions.
- Assign **QCS policies** and monitor compliance.

**Compliance & Quality**
- Support **quality assurance** by auditing and reviewing records.
- Ensure all activities comply with company standards and care regulations.

**Skills & Requirements**
- **Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) - Mandatory.**:

- **Nursing certification, diploma, or degree.**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office / Google Workspace**.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
