**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Engage with prospects professionally and persuasively to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build strong client relationships by maintaining regular follow-ups and providing excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client preferences to position products effectively and services.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years in outbound sales, tele sales, or call center roles focused on US markets.
- Experience in achieving sales targets in high-pressure environments.
- Background in call center operations, credit card sales, cross-selling, or upselling is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances in the US to tailor communication effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and handle objections effectively.
- Strong persuasive skills and a goal-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools and maintaining sales records.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
