B2b Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B sales or corporate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
