Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.

Develop and present tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Understand customer needs and propose solutions to meet those needs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve sales strategies.

Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients at all levels.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in [specific industry or sector, e.g., IT solutions, manufacturing, etc.].

Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
