**Field Sales Executive - American Tourister (B2B Sales)**

**Location**: Raipur (with travel requirements)
**Compensation**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000/month (fixed pay based on experience and performance) + ₹2.5/km petrol allowance + Daily Allowance (DA)

**Role Overview**:
American Tourister, a leading brand in luggage and travel gear, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven **Field Sales Executive** to expand our B2B sales operations. This role involves building strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners, collecting orders, and achieving sales targets within Raipur and nearby regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition and Management**:

- Identify and onboard new B2B clients such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors for American Tourister products.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Order Collection**:

- Promote and sell American Tourister luggage and travel gear to businesses, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Regularly visit clients to collect orders and communicate their needs to the operations team.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- **Travel and Fieldwork**:

- Travel extensively within Raipur and surrounding areas to meet sales goals and expand market coverage.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients during visits.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification - Graduate (any discipline).
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail, luggage, or consumer goods sectors.
- Previous B2B sales experience is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- **Other**:

- Must own a two-wheeler for travel.
- Familiarity with the Raipur market and nearby regions is an advantage.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 (based on experience and performance).
- Petrol allowance: ₹2.5 per km.
- Daily Allowance (DA).
