Field Sales Executive

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and results.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to improve product offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, accounts) for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
