**Responsibilities**:

- **Field Operations**: Execute tasks assigned by the management that require physical presence outside the office.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers or clients directly, handling inquiries, issues, or delivering services.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Promote products or services in the field, potentially generating leads or closing sales.
- **Data Collection**: Gather data or feedback from the field, which could include market research or customer surveys.
- **Logistics**: Coordinate logistics such as transportation, delivery schedules, or inventory management.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance or troubleshooting on-site, if the role is tech-oriented.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while in the field.
- **Reporting**: Submit regular reports on activities, sales, or any incidents encountered during fieldwork.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may prefer a bachelor’s degree, especially in sales or business-related fields.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or field operations is often preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and reporting back to the office.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think on their feet and resolve issues independently while in the field.
- **Technical Skills**: Depending on the industry, proficiency with relevant tools, equipment, or technology may be required.
- **Driving License**: Often requires a valid driver's license, particularly if the job involves extensive travel.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
