We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Field Marketing Manager** to drive business growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients, as well as building strong relationships with existing ones. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, conducting effective sales presentations, and facilitating successful client meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Actively seek out and identify potential clients within the target market.
- **Lead Generation**: Employ various marketing techniques to generate high-quality leads, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
- **Presentations**: Develop and deliver compelling presentations highlighting the company's unique value proposition and solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in field sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
