**Job Title: Marketing Executive - Field Marketing (Software Sales)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our field marketing team. The role involves promoting our software products to local businesses, identifying new market opportunities, and building lasting customer relationships through on-ground sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct field visits and surrounding areas to identify and engage potential clients.

Promote and demonstrate software products to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business challenges.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

Provide regular updates on client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate records of all field activities and submit timely reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT services.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive attitude.

Comfortable with on-field travel across Kolhapur, Solapur and nearby areas.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:
Proficiency in Marathi, English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
