Field Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned areas.
- Visit potential customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sampling activities.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
- Support the sales team with marketing initiatives to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, and customer feedback.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote brand visibility.
- Report daily/weekly activities to the Marketing Manager/Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Marketing Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
