Job Title: Field Marketing Executive - Food Industry

Location: Nashik.

**Job Description**:
As a Field Marketing Executive specializing in the food industry, you will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. Leveraging your experience in the food sector, for ex. with renowned brands like Cadbury and ChocoPie, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement field marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and company goals, focusing on promoting Cadbury, ChocoPie, and other related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and vendors, to ensure effective execution of marketing activities and maximize product visibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, consumer trends, and competitor strategies, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and sampling activities at various locations, such as supermarkets, malls, and events, to drive brand awareness and stimulate product trials.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales support materials, POS displays, and promotional collateral, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, tracking key metrics such as sales volumes, market share, and consumer feedback, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements related to the food sector, integrating relevant insights into marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably within the food industry, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with iconic brands like Cadbury, ChocoPie, and other confectionery products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret market data and track campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative marketing solutions and overcome challenges in a competitive market environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
