**Profile Introduction**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with the product or service being sold and the ability to articulate its value proposition.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- **Client Meetings and Presentations**:

- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of the product or service.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closure**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and act as a liaison between the client and the company.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product/service offerings.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
